Aarti Yamsanwar: I'm a Romantic at heart and a Wordsmith by brain. I can't believe there's a profession that is so unconditionally associated to what I love. Writing is my passion! I've been penning down essays, creating research documents and scribbling in journals, since I was a teenager. As endless characters, graphics and presentations constantly swim around my head, I thought of finally bringing some life in the form of technical writing. To start with, while I was doing some career research in teaching and writing, I stumbled upon "Technical Communication". Being a Freelancer, I've been allowed a great deal of liberty in how to approach my role as a writer. I've found Technical writing more than just being Mechanical. It's fun, challenging, absorbing, invigorating, and I wouldn't have got it any other way. Over the last four years, I've scanned more than 1000 articles, blogs and newsletters on technical writing, productivity, goal setting, leadership, etc. and have contributed a few as well. I welcome criticism for my performance; I take it as a compliment that someone is enthusiastic in helping me improve. I believe I can succeed with patience and perseverance.
